Dr. Shorey has practiced dentistry in Central Indiana since 1999. During that time he has gained considerable knowledge and skills in all areas of preventive and restorative dental health care, with a focus on “painless dentistry”.
Dr. Shorey enjoys the dynamic versatility of general dentistry. “Every patient is unique in their dental needs. I try very hard to listen and understand each individual’s desires.” He also finds the technological advances in the field of dentistry exciting, especially the most recent advances in digital dentistry.
Originally from Michigan, Dr. Shorey moved to Indiana as a teenager. He obtained his undergraduate degree in chemistry from Ball State University. After earning a doctorate degree at Indiana University School of Dentistry, he completed a fellowship in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Indiana University Hospital. He is a current member of the American Dental Association, Indiana Dental Association, the Indianapolis District Dental Society, and the Spear Study Club.
A resident of Franklin Township, Dr. Shorey enjoys spending time with his wife Becky and their four children. When not at home with their growing young family, Dr. & Mrs. Shorey can usually be found somewhere between their church activities and a youth soccer field.
